KIDS REACT TO GUNS N' ROSES

- (Children) Kids react to music! This episode: Guns N' Roses! - (FBE) Today, we are going to have
you listen to music from a band whose breakthrough album
came in 1987, 30 years ago. - Okay, some music. - 30 Years ago? - That's crazy! - (FBE) So the album is called
Appetite for Destruction. - What? - Okay...

That's a weird name. - Well then. That's great. - Sounds rocky and stuff.

- (FBE) By a band called Guns N' Roses. - I've never heard of that. - Okay, I might not know this,
but I think I might. - Ooh! Guns N' Roses.

I've heard of them. - Oh, I know that band. My dad just plays it a lot. - Roses are so elegant,
and then guns are war and violence.

- It sounds awful. It sounds like you're killing
roses and life.  (Electric guitar riff)  - It sounds like some guitar. - I knew it was rock and roll.

(Electric guitar riff)   (other instruments join in)
(singer howling) - (gasping) Okay, I've heard this song. - I've heard this song before. (Singer howling like siren)
- Strange. - It sounds like police cars.

(Music building)   (uptempo heavy metal)
- Ooh, I like this! - Yeah, it's definitely rock and roll. -  Welcome to the jungle  - Did he say, "Welcome to the jungle"? - Oh! Okay, I've heard
Welcome to the Jungle before. - This is just too loud. -  ...Jungle, welcome to the jungle   Watch it bring it to your...

- (Singing along)  Na na na na na na  - Wait, did he just say
"duh dun dun dun dun duh duh"? -  I want to watch you bleed
- What? He said bleed. Like... So not cool. - He sounds like he has long hair.

- That was awesome. - That was really good. You guys set the bar high
for the first song. -  I just keep trying
to get a little better   Said the little better than before  - This is-- this sounds
like the exact same song.

- Very similar to the first song. -  I just keep trying
to get a little better   Said the little better...
- This is much more better. -  We've been dancing
with Mr.

Brownstone  - It's good music. - I do not like this. - I liked Welcome to the Jungle better. -  ...Leave me alone  - I feel like I've heard this somewhere.

-  No, no, no...  - This one's pretty good. I don't think it was
as good as the first one. - I don't really understand
what he's saying, but it's still good.

- Wow, this is my new favorite band. Hurry up. Give me a new one. -  Take me down to to the paradise...

- I've heard this. - (Gasping) Oh, I love this song! -  ...The girls are pretty   Oh, won't you please take me home   (rocking guitar solo)  - Oh! - That guitar is just really good. -  I'm a tough case
that's tough to beat  - Oh my gosh. I'm totally listening
to Guns N' Roses more often.

-  ...Time  - Yeah, I have no idea
what they're saying. - (Singing along)  Take me down
to the paradise city   Where the grass is green
and the girls are pretty  - This song has a lot of drums
and yelling. (Laughing) - It's okay. Not the best.

- It's loud, very loud. - It's just a lot of people saying,
"Aaaah! Leh!" - I liked it. Good classic rock. - That was so good.

Oh my gosh, these are really good. -  Sowin' all your wild oats   In another's...
- It's okay. -  Yesterday was Tuesday  - So Tuesday...

What? So you just skipped Wednesday. -  Well, well, well...  - I'm gonna have
these songs stuck in my head! -  Well, well, well, my Michelle  - Okay, that's crazy. That's the craziest one.

- All these songs, they sound
more or less the same. It's not that I don't like it. It's just I would like
more variety in my music.  (Guitar solo)
- (gasping) My mom sings this
to my brother every night.

(Guitar solo)  - I heard this one before. This is the song my dad likes. - (Vocalizing solo) - This song is smooth. -  She's got a smile...

- There's the voice. - Okay, I've definitely heard
this song before. - Oh, I definitely know this song. -  ...Memories   Where everything was as fresh
as the bright blue sky  - (giggling) - This is a little more calm
than the other ones.

-  O'...  - (Singing along)
O' sweet child of mine  - Oh, sweet child of mine. -  Oh, oh, oh, oh, sweet child o' mine  - That was mind blowing! - These guys are good! - I could listen to it all day. - They're okay.

I'll give them some credit because it was in the past 30 years. - Pretty good for their first album. That's groundbreaking. - (FBE) Now we're going to have you listen
to one of their later songs.

- Okay. - Okay. -  But if this ever changing world   In which we live in   Make you give in...
- This one's slow.

-  ...And cry
- Who likes this? -  Live and let die
- Oh! Oh my god! That came out of nowhere.  (Slow tempo rock)  -  Live and let die  - "Live and let die." I've heard of this.  (Music picking up tempo)  - I like this one too. It's cool.

- I'm starting to like this.  (Reggae beat)
-  What does it matter to ya   When ya got a job to do  - Yeah, these guys are good. -  You got to give the other fella hell   (drums banging)   (metal music)
- Woo! (Vocalizing along) - I like how it starts off more slow,
then it's like "duh nuh nuh... Nuh nun nuh nun nuh." - Big not a fan.

- Who on earth would listen to that? - I can tell that
they have a lot of variety. - I like the part where
it was common stuff, and then, all of a sudden,
(imitating metal riff). - In the beginning, it started like roses, and then it come to the BANG guns! - (Children) Question time! - (FBE) So now that you've heard
some of Guns N' Roses greatest hits, why do you think people like them so much? - Because they're great.
It's great music. People can dance to it.

- Some of them are so beautiful. Some of them are so crazy. - Their songs are really catchy. Like, they're seriously stuck in my head and I don't think I'm going to get it out.

- Obviously, the lead singer. Guns N' Roses would not be a band
without the lead singer. - They're classics. I mean, when you hear rock,
you think of Guns N' Roses.

- (FBE) So two of the most
prominent members of the band are named Axl and Slash.
- Sounds like some video game names. - Oh, Slash, the afro top hat. - Are those their real names? I don't really know anybody
that would name their kids Slash. - (FBE) Here is Axl and Slash.
- What did I tell you? Long hair! - That's a lot of tattoos.

And why is he wearing a top hat? - They look mean. - They look awesome. - They look weird,
but that's because I'm young! - I can tell that it's kind outdated because no one really dresses
like that anymore, but I'm pretty sure
it was cool for the time. - I like Axl.
I don't like Slash.

Slash has a cigarette.
That's not good for you, bro. - The hair. They really look like they're girls. They're only posing like
they're cool, but not to me.

- (FBE) Finally, to end the episode,
we're going to show you a small part of the music video
for their song November Rain, that some people consider to be
one of the best music videos ever made. - M'kay. - This is going to be cool. I wonder how it looks.

-  When I look into your eyes   I can see a love restained  - Oh, she's getting married.  (Drums playing)  - That looks very grand and cool. - It's like the band is 100,000 people! -  And it's hard to hold a candle   In the cold November rain  - I like how there's some performance,
but there's also a little story. -  I know it's hard
to keep an open heart  - I do not like this.

- How do people like this? -  ...Friends seem out to harm you  - This is actually a good song. -  Oh, oh, oh...   (Drums playing)   (guitar solo)  - Really? Really? - Is that Slash? - That's Slash, right? He's a good guitar player. - Why is he playing the guitar
in a church in a desert? -  Sometimes I need
some time...

All alone   Everybody need some time...  - Okay, this is actually
kind of beautiful, to be honest. - Oh no. What's going on now? - She's dead already? - (Gasping) Is she dead? - She died on their wedding day.

- How did she die? - That's sad. - This is a weird storyline. -  Don't ya think that
you need somebody  - I like how the tone of the song changed. -  ...Someone  - This is really cool.

-  You're not the only one
- This is a good song. -  You're not the only one  (silence) - Wow. - I really didn't like them. - It's a good music video,
except the part where she died.

- I know they're trying
to do a meaning with this, but I can't really understand the meaning. - 10/10, Would listen to again. - Thanks so much for watching Kids React. - New videos almost every day.

Subscribe! - Goodbye! - Hey, guys, it's Ethan,
one of the producers here at FBE. Thank you so much
for watching this episode. What other musicians
should the reactors react to? Let us know in the comments..

Jisun: No, I mean..

Maybe they will make a cutlet that you can't finish in 10 minutes look at the plate (surprised)
Why is it so big? (Chuckles) it's a tray , not a plate. You already prepared 20,000 won right?
(Chuckles)   I can see the cutlet over there you might failed , Junsu I feel... (Surprised) please do well!! One , two , three...   We're ready you have to finish it all in 10 minutes if you still have food inside your mouth, you failed ah yes..

But i don't think I can eat it all let's start okay (yawning) start~ i will try the cheese cutlet you sucks woo~ look at the cheese this is cheese cutlet the cutlet's thick i don't think you can finish it all because you'll feel nauseated (high classed music) (dramatic music) (high classed music) the cheese melted (happiness)   oh what?

You only have 6 minutes left   just good luck the meat is so tender and also delicious korean cutlet , japanese cutlet have slightly different taste the sauce also slightly different this tastes like korean cutlet already nauseated? (Don't care, just eat) delicious I'm in a battle right now, but you're so relax (laughing)     you want me to check how many minutes left?   Okay (surprised) (laughing) how can you finish it in 10 minutes? There's no way you can make it in time so eat it slowly ah no way to swallow it you have to chew it first but if you want to finish it all in 10 minutes you have to swallow it right away we have never being so quiet like this let's just talk it's already over I already feel so full of course you already eaten more than usual portion even if you have enough time, it still hard to finish it all my college also sell big cutlet I can finish it but it was tough but this cutlet is two times bigger than that one already nauseated right? Already full around 30 seconds left   10 minutes is impossible 10 , 9 , 8 , 7 6 , 5 it's too late already, but try to make it look like you eat is deliciously (times up)
ahh.. By the way, this cheese cutlet is so delicious you don't want to eat it anymore? You might never want to eat cutlet again   i just realized, 10 minutes is so short thank god, this cutlet is more bigger than the portion i can eat if i forced it, i can eat it all but i'm too slow yeah right this is impossible your cutlet tastes different I can't remember how does it taste your cutlet tasted like original cutlet delicious i think i can eat alot today so curious.. The people who eat it in 10 minutes.. How can they make it? I think the size is like large sized pizza right? Yeah thank god too much thank you   delicious i listened to this song when i was in primary it's been a long time (both singing)   korean people ate cutlet with kimchi so korean typical korean people eat kimchi while eating cutlet too right? Kimchi soup maybe there's no food without kimchi kimchi soup (again) (laughing) usually in restaurant , they always give kimchi   so we eat BBQ with kimchi noodle too what food in korea that doesn't include kimchi? Chicken pizza..

Chicken pizza maybe mom would want kimchi bring kimchi here!   You eat alot hidden champion i eat slowly but i eat alot if you want , order this cutlet one more one more please while we're in Indonesia, one portion is small so we usually eat four at once, right? So when i ordered rice again, i feel shy but in here, they gave alot right? It's good so we dont have to order again maybe we can't eat it all at once eventhough we don't eat for four days if we don't eat for four days, maybe we can how about try to not eat for four days? This still can be as three portion for Indonesian people already nauseated, enough..   It looked sad just like our heart our heart after paying 30.000 Won by the way, it's really a new experience for us until here , okay? Not yet, not yet today until here, okay?   Bye-bye what is today? Hari-hari
Hari Jisun pyonggg~.

Indonesian street food taste test challenge Eating Indonesian desserts & snacks in Solo, Indonesia

So for today's video we are going to be trying
Indonesian street food and Indonesian snacks. So it is lunchtime. We're not having a proper meal. We're just going to be sampling a little bit
of everything.

And if it is a bit loud at the moment it is
because we've got some heavy traffic and the call to prayer going out. So I hope you can hear me. Let's get started. So we're starting off with coconut milk pancakes
which are called Serabi.

Yeah, so let's take a look at it down here. So you can see the outside fringe it looks
like something quite crispy. Yeah. And I think this is going to be like the middle
part is the coconut milk.

So I'm not entirely sure how to eat this. I'm just going to take a big bite. That looks delicious. Oh wow.

Oh, that is delicious. Hahaha. I love coconut and so what you've got here,
if you look down here. Yeah.

This part it sort of tastes like, I don't
know like maybe like a coconut type of pudding. Yeah. It is really um it has got a bit of milky
consistency. It is it tastes a little bit wet once you
have it in your mouth and then this part over here is crispy so you've got those two.

You've got the contrast between the crispiness
and the pudding like texture. Woah. Oh man, I love that. Instant hit.

We may be ordering more. So I also got myself serabi. But I went with the chocolate so as you can
see it has chocolate sprinkles that have melted over top the coconut. Wow! So let's go in for the first bite.

How do we do this? Mmmm. How is that? That is amazing. It is like having dessert for lunch which
I love. It is so sweet and when you add chocolate
I think it is just perfect.

Like you mentioned you the crispiness with
the very soft coconut. So it is wonderful. Dessert for lunch. Mmmmm.

Loving it. This is the first thing I've tried so far
and it is already my favorite so we'll what the others are like. So up next Karak. Karak Solo.

So from what I was told these are made with
rice. And I think they're kind of like rice crackers. So let's try those. Mmmm.

Sounds crispy. Very crunchy. Surprinsingly it has quite a bit of flavor
and it is a lot more savory than it is sweet. It kind of reminds me of the crackers you
get when you're having Gado-Gado.

Oh. Really good stuff. So next up I'm trying something called Hung
Kue (Gethuk). And we couldn't quite figure out what it was.

We were having a little lost in translation
moment but it kind of looks like a pudding vanilla and chocolate if you ask me so we'll
see what it tastes like. Mmmm. Okay. Is it sweet? So a little bit sweet yeah.

It is almost like jelly but it doesn't have
that see-through look. It is almost like a milky jelly. Okay. If that makes sense.

So yeah it is sweet. That is nice. Do you like it? I do like it. I really like the chocolate bit.

Hahaha. Going in for a second bite. That means it is good. Good stuff.

You know what? I think this is made with coconut. It does have a coconut-y flavor. So next up we have. I think we have something called Onde-onde.

Yeah. And I've tried this in Malaysia and also Hong
Kong. It is one of my favorite kind of dessert types
of dim sum. I don't know if they eat it as a dim sum here
in Indonesia but I love this.

If it is the same thing I am assuming that. So I will take my first bite and find out. Mmmmm. Oh, okay.

So I've had something similar to this where
the outside is exactly the same in Malaysia and Hong Kong. But the inside is different. Normally I have like a bean paste inside. And this is a something a little bit different.

I'm not entirely sure what is in the middle. Yeah. But it is a bit sweet. It is definitely sweet.

Okay. But I really like it. So the exterior is that like glutinous rice
with sesame seeds. Yeah.

Yep. It is really chewy on the outside and in the
inside you have like the mystery ingredient. So this one I believe is called Arem-arem
and it comes wrapped in a leaf. So let's open this up and see what we have
in here.

Oh my. What is this? It looks like a pancake. That looks fascinating. I wonder what is inside.

Let's see. Oh, okay. So it looks like a pancake tube and inside
you have rice. Let's get a close up shot of that.

Look at that. Oh wow. With some kind of sauce inside. It is a little savory but I'm not sure.

Do you want to point it closely at us. Sweet and savory. That is interesting. Wow.

You know what. I think I need one more bite to determine
this. Mmmm. How is it? Good.

Really really good. I would guess this is like a chicken maybe
in a chili sauce. Oh wow. That is what I would venture.

That would be a my guess. I've never had this before. Sweet and savory. Yeah.

I really like this one. Good stuff. Okay so new snack. Yeah, we've got another mystery one it is
called Lapis.

So let's take a look down here. You can see all of the different. It is very stripy. It has different color lines.

And originally we were just going to like
kind of go and try these pancakes but there is such a friendly owner inside of the store
and he kept saying like oh this is something from here. This is from Solo (Surakarta) and his English
was pretty good. He could explain like what most of it was
but he just couldn't quite tell us what this one was so we are just winging it here. Yeah.

And we're just guessing. Mmmm. Okay. Similar to the other one.

It has kind of like a gelatin like taste. If I had to guess again this isn't that sweet
but it hints of like coconut and chocolate flavor. Yeah. So that would be my guess.

So we have one final snack to try. This right here is called Bolum. Let's open it. This is quite pretty.

Lovely presentation. It is in the shape of a flower. A green flower and it feels very fluffy. So let's see.

Is it like spongy? Mmmm. Kind of like a sponge cake? Yeah, exactly a sponge cake. Look at that. Oh wow.

That looks great. That's really pretty. Is it sweet? It is sweet but again it is hard to figure
out what it is made out of. I would venture coconut.

It has like a certain sweet milky. I think more or less everything we've tried
has some kind of coconut which is awesome. I think they specialize in coconut here. We love anything with coconut.

So look at that. You know what? I've enjoyed everything we've tried here. I have to say that. It has been a pleasant surprise.

Definitely. So next up we're trying a drink that the store
owner recommended. It is called Kunir Asem Freso. It looks orange.

Oh my. Ooh. It is kind of sweet but it has some weird
herbal aftertaste I would say. You know what? An acquired taste? An acquired taste.

I think this is the one thing that I'm like
hmmm. It is not love at first taste. I like the sweetness of it but that mystery
flavor at the very end it could take some getting used to I think. Yeah.

I'll pass on this one. All for you Sam. Well we had no problem polishing off everything. Yeah.

What we didn't show you is that we went back
for two more of the pancakes. We had a chocolate one and a coconut one. So we had four in total plus all of those
snacks. It came to less that five US dollars which
is four something so man that was like a feast of feasts like we are stuffed.

Huge lunch and now it is time to maybe walk
it off a bit. Yeah. So if you're in Solo (Surakarta), Indonesia
definitely check this place out. It is amazing.

Absolutely..
