To play a downwards scratch note, press down the corresponding color button and hold it. As you hold the note, pull the turntable towards you. You must do this in time with the arrows within the block. Play in time by scratching in the required direction as the arrow passes across the three button icons at the bottom of the game screen.

Hold down the button which corresponds to the color of the scratch note displayed on screen. For example, if there is a green block of color with arrows inside, hold down the green button on the turntable controller. Move the buttons upwards by rotating the turntable away from you in time with any scratch upward notes. You must move the turntable away from you at the moment the upwards arrow passes over the button icon at the bottom of the screen. Listen to the rhythm of the music to ensure you stay in time.
